• Ensure categories, external links, and 'See Also' section meet current Wikipedia conventions
2. Article Preparation
• Convert the draft into proper Wikipedia markup/wikitext format
• Apply any edits needed to meet Wikipedia's Manual of Style
• Prepare conflict-of-interest (COI) disclosure per Wikipedia policy, since the subject cooperated in the article's preparation

3. Submission & Publication
