PFHEA Application Writing Help
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
Securing Principal Fellowship (PFHEA) with Advance HE is my next career milestone, and I want the full application drafted from scratch. I’ll share the official, detailed guidance notes as well as my CV, but you will need to work with me to identify, shape, and reference the evidence that satisfies every UKPSF dimension.
You should already be familiar with the tone, structure, and reflective style expected at Principal level. We will move quickly from an evidence-gathering interview into structured drafts, refining each section until it aligns perfectly with the published criteria.
Deliverables
• Complete reflective narrative (approx. 6,000 words) explicitly mapped to UKPSF
• 1,000 word institutional sponsor statement
• Evidence matrix linking claims to artefacts and referees
• Final polished submission ready for upload, proof-read and formatted
Acceptance criteria
The narrative must demonstrate sustained, strategic impact across A1-A5, K1-K6, V1-V4; language must remain first-person, critically reflective, and free of plagiarism; document length, font, and file limits must match the Advance HE specification.
We’ll review each milestone together, and I’ll supply or validate any missing documentation you flag. If you have successfully guided applicants to PFHEA before—or hold the fellowship yourself—please let me know; that experience will be invaluable.
