Military Drone Technology Thesis
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m seeking a detailed, well-researched thesis and applicable research sources regarding the emerging industrial and military trends that are converging to cause the future emergence of Unmanned Aerial Systems and Unmanned Ground Vehicles as a likely chemical weapons platform for U.S adversaries.
My preliminary efforts have been muddled by the vast amount of data regarding the current usage of drones in their traditional ISR role and their new role as a strike platform. I have found only limited publications talking about non-traditional military payloads and many of the relevant civilian payloads such as dispensers of agricultural fertilizers and pesticide sprayers are behind vendor-gated information I haven’t had time to request yet.
Key Requirements:
- In-depth analysis of current agricultural drone technologies focused on irrigation/sprayer drones. Secondary analysis on relevant civilian firefighting drones with hose mounted pumping capabilities.
- Evaluation of the current cost, prevalence, and manufacturing output of civilian drones that are either equipped or could be rapidly converted to utilize a liquid dispensing payload. (ex. Irrigation, Sprayer, Hose equipped, etc).
- Applicable case studies on recent military operations using drones employing non-explosive and non-kinetic payloads, ideally chemical, thermal, or liquid in nature.
- Predictions on future developments and similar implications in warfare from any credible journals, thinktanks, or subject matter experts.

- Experience in writing academic theses or papers
