IEEE Formatting Specialist Needed

I am an independent researcher currently working on a research paper that I intend to submit for IEEE publication. I am looking for a professional academic editor with expertise in IEEE formatting standards to help me format my manuscript according to IEEE publication requirements.
Required expertise:
Thorough knowledge of IEEE paper format (two-column layout, Times New Roman 10 pt, proper heading styles, abstract formatting, keyword placement, figure/table positioning, and IEEE reference style)
Experience editing and formatting research papers for IEEE journals or conferences
Familiarity with both Microsoft Word and LaTeX/Overleaf IEEE templates is a strong plus
Ability to ensure compliance with the IEEE Editorial Style Manual
