HCI / UX Research Project – Persona, User Journey Map, Stakeholder & Requirements Analysis
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am looking for a freelancer with experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX research, or interaction design to support part of a university coursework project. This is not a coding or UI design task – it is research-based and involves applying UX concepts in a structured academic format.
Project tasks include:
Expanding a provided user persona into a detailed profile (demographics, motivations, frustrations, behaviour patterns, goals, etc.)
Creating a user journey map for the persona (stages, actions, emotions, pain points, and opportunities)
Identifying stakeholders and analysing their roles/needs
Producing a structured list of functional and non-functional user requirements based on the research
What I will provide:
Assignment brief and marking criteria
Lecture slides and reference material
Starting persona + context
Examples of expected structure and format
Ideal freelancer should have:
Background in HCI, UX design, interaction design, or user research
Familiarity with personas, journey maps, stakeholder mapping, and requirement gathering
Ability to write clearly in English (academic but not overly formal)
Experience with UX documentation (Miro, Figma, Notion, research reports, etc.) — bonus, not required
Not looking for: generic “assignment writers,” pure copy-paste content, AI-generated filler, or people who can only do visual design with no UX reasoning.
Deliverable format: A structured written document (Word/Google Doc); visuals can be done in Miro, Figma, Canva, or simple diagrams.
