Format a research article on science and technology ( to LaTeX )

I have a research article on science and technology, about fifteen pages long, and I need it to be flawlessly formatted in LaTeX. I will provide the templates provided by the journal—they are essential, as the journal (The Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research - JAIR) requires exactly this model. The entire text, which contains a simple table and a footnote in Word format, is also ready; what's missing is a clean LaTeX structure that compiles without errors and reflects the journal's style.
You will need to import the content, position each element in the correct field, adjust citation calls and the bibliography, and ensure that page breaks, titles, and captions respect the template's commands. If you prefer to use Overleaf, that's fine, but a local TeX Live installation also works, as long as the final result is identical.
Deliverables:
• The compiled PDF, following the provided style
• The complete and well-commented .tex source code (plus any auxiliary files)
The evaluation will be based on three points: fidelity to the model, absence of compilation errors, and visual consistency with the original manuscript. Once these requirements are met, the project will be complete.
