False Claims Act Insight & Analysis Essay
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
For this assignment, you will write a 1000–1500-word essay explaining the key components and
terminology of the False Claims Act (FCA) and describing three common FCA violations using
case studies from your course materials as examples. (See the Learn sections of the course
modules for a list of course materials, which include but are not limited to the course textbook,
assigned articles, and Watch items.) Be sure to succinctly apply Scriptural principles in your
analysis in order to demonstrate your understanding of a Biblical worldview of the topics,
including both violations and government overregulation of unintentional fraud.
The essay must incorporate at least three scholarly sources including the course textbook, a
watch item (an assigned video in the Learn section of one of our course modules), and the Bible.
You may cite additional scholarly sources in addition to those three. Each essay must adhere to
current Bluebook formatting and graduate level writing standards (see link for further
information). You must utilize the (linked) Essay and Paper Writing Worksheet to help you in
drafting the paper. You will need to completely fill in the blanks for that worksheet and submit it
in Canvas along with your essay.
