Research Assistant Needed for a Q1 Journal Article (Qualitative Multiple Case Study)
I am looking for an experienced academic researcher with a strong publication background to assist in developing a high-quality research article suitable for submission to a Q1 journal.
Research Topic
The study will investigate how Bahraini SMEs develop strategic resilience through digital transformation, organizational learning, and innovation during periods of economic uncertainty. The research will adapt and extend a recently published Journal of Business Research article to the context of the Kingdom of Bahrain while making a clear and original theoretical contribution.

Scope of Work
The freelancer will help develop the complete research paper, including:
A comprehensive literature review (approximately 20–30 pages).
Identification of research gaps and theoretical contributions.
Development of a conceptual framework tailored to Bahrain.
Writing the research methodology in line with Q1 journal standards.
Designing a professional semi-structured interview guide (approximately 30 interview questions).
Preparing the coding framework for qualitative analysis.
Assisting with data analysis and cross-case synthesis after interviews are completed.
Writing the discussion, theoretical implications, managerial implications, policy implications, and conclusion.
Ensuring the manuscript follows APA 7th edition and meets the standards of a high-impact journal.
Required Expertise
The ideal freelancer should have:
A PhD or equivalent research experience.
A proven publication record in Q1 or Q2 journals.
Strong expertise in qualitative research methods.
Experience with multiple case study methodology.
Experience using NVivo or Atlas.ti.
Strong academic writing skills in English.
