An Examination of the Transition Process for Young Adults with Disabilities: School and Post School Experiences

I have written a report based on a study that I conducted on the transition process for persons with disabilities. The research report is 218 pages. It has some graphs but it is mostly text. I would like someone who has an academic background in the social sciences and who has knowledge/experience in mixed methods research. I would like copy editing of the report as well as graphic design to create a visually interesting document. There are some graphs in the report but I would like them to be redone so that they have a consistent format throughout the report. I would also like a consistent text hierarchy created. As the report is text heavy, I would like to supplement the text with images that creatively represent key ideas. This means the publisher will need to read the text and be able to identify key concepts that could be depicted visually and create images to capture the key concepts.
