Corporate Finance Analysis Needed

I’m looking for a freelancer with a strong background in corporate finance and financial analysis to support an academic assignment analyzing the credit quality of a stock company.

The goal is to produce a ~5-page academic-style report supported by clear, reproducible calculations (Excel required).

Scope of Work

1. Financial Analysis
Profitability (ROE, ROA, margins)
Market valuation (Tobin’s Q / market-to-book ratio)
Capital structure and leverage
Prefer market-value-based metrics where possible
2. WACC Calculation
Estimate WACC with clear assumptions
Include cost of equity, cost of debt, and capital structure
3. Credit Rating Analysis
Current rating (S&P or Moody’s)
Historical rating trend and short interpretation
4. Sentiment Analysis
Analyze 10 recent ad-hoc disclosures
Classify each as Positive / Neutral / Negative
Provide short explanation per disclosure
5. Merton Model (Distance-to-Default)
Select the most negative disclosure
Calculate Distance-to-Default:
Day before announcement
Day after announcement
Explain the impact on default risk
Deliverables
~5-page structured report (academic style)
Excel file with all calculations
Clear explanation of assumptions and methodology
Requirements
Strong knowledge of corporate finance and valuation
Experience with WACC and credit risk models
Familiarity with the Merton model
Strong Excel skills
Ability to write clearly in English
Timeline
