I will share the source material for each assignment—PDF or e-book chapters plus the accompanying PowerPoint slides—and a short brief that tells you exactly which sections to cover. Your task is to distill that content into clear, student-friendly notes written in polished academic English.
Please work directly in Word (.docx), structuring every chapter around the key concepts and mechanisms rather than the textbook’s page order. Within that framework, make smart use of headings, short paragraphs, bullet points, and the occasional table or diagram to keep ideas logically grouped and easy to skim. Copy-and-paste passages are not acceptable; everything needs to be paraphrased in your own words.
The notes must consistently highlight:
• Definitions
• Clinical applications
• Mechanisms and processes
A strong background in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, PA studies, or a related science will help you recognise what is exam-relevant and what can be trimmed. Accuracy is critical—misstated physiology or pharmacology is a deal-breaker.
Deliverables for each chapter:

• (Optional) A PDF export of the same file for quick viewing
