Comprehensive GP/Paeds Case Report
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I will share anonymised notes, imaging and lab results for a single general-practice/paediatrics patient and need them shaped into a publish-ready case report that walks the reader through the entire clinical journey. The narrative must open with a succinct abstract, then move logically through presenting complaint, detailed history, examination findings, differential reasoning, investigations, definitive diagnosis, evidence-based management and follow-up.
My priority is depth: history, exam, investigations, management and reflective analysis should all be covered thoroughly. For the treatment section I expect step-by-step guidelines that reference NICE, WHO or UpToDate recommendations so the report can double as a practical learning tool.
Target length sits around 1,500–2,000 words, written in clear UK English and formatted to a journal style comparable to BMJ Case Reports, complete with Harvard references. I will supply all raw clinical data; you handle synthesis, academic tone and proper citation while ensuring absolute patient confidentiality.
