I have a full-length university-level History manuscript ready for a fresh, expert set of eyes. It needs a comprehensive edit that goes well beyond simple proofreading: every chapter should be tightened for clarity, factual consistency, scholarly tone, and smooth narrative flow. I also want citations, footnotes, and bibliography entries checked for style accuracy and completeness, plus headings and figure captions harmonised so the book feels cohesive from front matter to index.
The file is currently in Word, so please plan to work with Track Changes and supply both a marked-up and a clean version when finished. If you spot any gaps in argument or supporting evidence, flag those directly in comments—I’ll address the content while you keep the prose sharp.
