Consider how attitudes towards civil rights have changed along with historical context.
What are some of the landmark Supreme Court cases and court rulings that have facilitated civil rights constitutionally? Recall from your textbook readings - there are other types of minority and class protections outside of race.
Do you believe the school system is fair in terms of socioeconomic equality?
Consider the two most cited groups involved with discrimination in the United States. Who are they? Deliberate on the notion that the United States Constitution provides for civil rights. Is this correct? Why or why not?
