Capstone: Integrated PM Framework
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m preparing my three-credit Master’s capstone at Mid Ocean University and need a partner to co-develop and document a publishable study on an Integrated Project Management Framework that boosts both operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Refine or propose a stronger, broader research title that could interest top-tier institutions and government bodies.
• Craft the initial proposal and slide deck for university approval—submission deadline: 25 Oct 2025.
• Guide me step by step through the research process (literature review, methodology selection, data collection plan, analysis techniques, and framework design).
• Shape a framework aimed primarily at enterprise-wide project management offices, balancing efficiency and strategy equally.
• Produce the final paper and any supporting visuals ready for journal or conference submission (targeting venues such as King Saud University or KFUPM).
• Schedule checkpoints so I fully understand each stage and can defend the work confidently.
Proficiency in project-management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2), academic research writing, and change-management best practices is essential. Strong Arabic/English communication is a plus for regional publication requirements.
