Build house price analysis and prediction models + 1500 word academic report

I need a data analytics expert to execute a house price prediction project while also comparing various prediction models using R. Aspects of the project include:
- Execution of data cleaning and preparation
- Building various prediction models including regression and w.r.t a single & multiple features
- Interpreting and visualizing the results of these models and comparing the model performance using metrics such as R2, RMSE etc
- Crafting an academically sound 1500-word report summarizing the findings and related literature
The ideal freelancer will have substantial experience with data analytics in R, specifically with data cleaning, model building, and results interpretation and visualization. They should also possess strong academic writing skills.
