INSTRUCTIONS

This is the Doctrinal Questionnaire (DQ)

The DQ consists of two parts.

Part One. The first part of the process is for you to complete the written DQ form. The CMD is interested not only in your theological beliefs and understandings, but also in your ability to articulate those beliefs. Therefore, the DQ needs to be written in your own words and we ask that you are open and candid in all of your responses. Please be sure to explain how your understanding of the Bible, including appropriate references, is the basis for your beliefs.

As you complete your written DQ, please follow these instructions:

1. First save your DQ to your computer as "Last Name, First Name"


2. Please give detailed attention to Part I DOCTRINE, Items I-IV. Your answers to these issues will enable the CMD to understand your compatibility with key Brethren in Christ theological and doctrinal positions.

3. Please present your response in clear statements with appropriate grammar and composition.

It is expected that the fully completed DQ will be no more than 40 pages in length.


Part Two. The second part of the process is a personal interview. This interview will be on my responss.
