I have a set of rough notes for a Biology assignment that must be elevated to formal scholarly prose suitable for the Natural Sciences domain and targeted at a NEET student level. Every original idea has to stay intact, yet the structure, coherence, and logical flow need a complete overhaul so the paper reads like a polished academic submission.
The current draft already contains Harvard-style in-text citations and a reference list. Please retain those exactly; whenever a citation is missing, insert “(citation needed)” so I can chase it later. Beyond that, I expect meticulous manual editing—sentence-by-sentence improvement, elimination of repetition, consistent terminology, and a final proof for grammar and formatting accuracy.
I will supply the raw material in Word. Work directly in Microsoft Word, activate Track Changes for the revision copy, and perform your refinements there. Feel free to run a secondary grammar and style pass with your preferred tool, as long as human judgment guides the final wording.
