Academic Paper Editing Required
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for someone to edit and revise my paper that I recently submitted. The description below is what my instructor said I need to improve.
First, you have to mark the text to show where the 5 edits and 3 revisions are in the document, and highlight the edits and revisions in different colors.
Second, the reasons for the revisions are good, but there are not five specific reasons for the edits.
Each edit needs to have its own clear reason. So, if you added a comma, you need to explain why that specific comma was added. If you changed a verb, then please explain why you changed that specific verb. Please ensure, then, that you have reasons for each of the five marked edits.
Third, you have some general feedback on the document, but you do not yet have clear responses for each of the four Written Response prompts, which I have provided below.
Each answer should have specifics from the text to support the ideas.
• Explain why the introduction is successful or unsuccessful at capturing your attention.
• Describe the greatest strength of the text.
• Describe the weakest part of the text.
• Explain whether the conclusion is successful or unsuccessful at bringing the text to a close.
For example: “The weakest aspects of the original were the organization and grammar errors. The original did not have distinct paragraphs for each point. Instead, the original discussed all four aspects of the thesis across each body paragraph. As such, it was hard to see the points as fully developed since you had to search for the ideas across three body paragraphs. In addition, errors such as using apostrophes for plurals (for example, business’s) distracted from the quality of the writing.”
