Academic Marketing Book for Students

Job ID: 39918610

Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD

I’m preparing a formal, academic marketing book designed specifically for students who need a clear yet rigorous introduction to core marketing principles.

Scope
• Build a well-structured textbook-style manuscript that moves from foundational concepts (e.g., the 4 Ps, consumer behaviour) through to contemporary topics such as digital funnels, social media analytics, and ethical branding.
• Start with a detailed table of contents and a one-page abstract so we can align on flow and depth before full drafting begins.
• Develop each chapter with scholarly tone: clear learning objectives, concise explanations, illustrative diagrams or tables, and short case studies that make theory tangible for a student audience.
• Reference recent journals, trusted industry reports, and classic texts, using APA citations throughout.
• Conclude with review questions, key-term glossaries, and a curated reading list to support classroom or self-study use.

Deliverables
1. Table of contents and chapter abstracts (Word or Google Docs)
2. Complete manuscript in editable format, proof-read and citation-checked
3. Supporting graphics as high-resolution images or embedded vector files
4. Reference list in APA style

Acceptance Criteria
• Tone remains formal and academic, free of colloquialisms.
• Content aligns with undergraduate marketing curricula and is fully original.
• Citations can be verified from publicly available sources.

Expect collaborative checkpoints for outline approval, first-chapter sample, mid-draft review, and final polishing. I’ll provide prompt feedback at each stage so the final book is classroom-ready and intellectually robust.
