Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have several Hindi-language textbooks on Polity written for competitive-exam preparation that now need an accurate, publication-ready English edition. Your task is to render every chapter, table, footnote and reference into clear, idiomatic English while conserving the original meaning, academic tone and structure.
What I expect from you
• Faithful, line-by-line translation that uses standard Political Science terminology.
• Consistent formatting—headings, numbered lists, citations and page breaks must match the source so the layout team can drop the text straight into their templates.
• Thorough self-proofreading: the final files should be free from typos, awkward phrasing or grammatical slips.
Deliverables
1. Fully translated manuscript in editable MS Word (one file per book).
2. A clean PDF export for quick review.
3. A brief terminology log noting key political-science terms you standardised.
Acceptance criteria
– Meaning and context remain intact when spot-checked against the Hindi original.
– No more than two minor language issues per 10,000 words in the proofreading pass.
– All figures, tables and citations mirrored exactly.
Time frame
I need the complete set back within a month, so plan your milestones accordingly. Early partial deliveries are welcome and will help me give timely feedback.
