I am a Master’s student in Sociology conducting academic research on labour mobility and worker power among remote gig workers. This study focuses on how freelancers interact with platform reputation systems (e.g., ratings, reviews), how they move between platforms, and how they perceive their own bargaining power.
This project is strictly for academic purposes (non-commercial), and I am looking for experienced remote freelancers to share their insights through a structured text-based interview.

- Active remote gig workers using platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, or similar
- Must currently earn income through these platforms
- Must have a minimum rating of 4.5/5 or higher

What the Interview Involves:
- Fully asynchronous text-based interview (no calls required)
- Step 1: You will receive a document with 9 core questions
- Step 2: You will have 2–4 days to complete and return your responses
- Step 3: 1–2 follow-up rounds for clarification (reply within ~3 days)
Estimated Time Commitment:
- Initial responses: ~50 minutes
- Follow-ups: ~40 minutes (flexible timing)
