I have a batch of more than ten student transcripts that must be verified quickly and accurately. You will receive high-resolution PDF copies of each transcript and, when available, registrar contact information or links to secure verification portals. Your task is to cross-check each course title against the college’s official catalogue or registrar database, document any discrepancies, and provide a concise verification report per transcript.
Because timing is critical, I’m looking for someone who has previously dealt with academic record checks, understands FERPA-compliant practices, and can turn around clear results within 48 hours of assignment. If you already have access to tools like the National Student Clearinghouse or similar registries, please mention it—speed and reliability are my top priorities.
Deliverables:
• A separate verification summary for each transcript, stating “Confirmed” or detailing mismatches for any course title found.
• A brief log of the verification method used (email, phone call, online portal, etc.) so I can audit the process if needed.
