Scholarly Literature Search for Plant Cultures

Hi, I would like to commission an in-depth scholarly literature search across the following publishers: Elsevier, Springer, Wiley and Thomson Scientific, Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, Nature Publishing Group, and AAAS. The goal is to identify at least 150 papers published in the scientific literature by the above publishers - journal articles, reviews, book chapters, books, etc. (hereafter referred to as “papers”) - devoted to in vitro plant cultures of mature and immature embryos. I am interested in both culture types, with a primary focus on mature embryo cultures, including those prepared from cereal grains, with particular emphasis on rye grains.
I envision the deliverable as:
1. a tabular compilation of the works, sorted in ascending order by publication date; and
2. a thematically organized set of processed papers, with basic bibliographic data attached to each (authors, title, year of publication, journal/publisher, page numbers, DOI).
By “processed” I mean papers that have been read (e.g., by machine) with the key information extracted from each, such as: the biological material, method(s), research context, principal findings, and main conclusions. By “thematically organized” I mean that each paper is assigned to the leading theme of the publication. Such themes include:
• History: the development of embryo cultures per se;
• Method development: selection of media and/or embryos preparation methods;
• Applications of optimized techniques for specific aims, e.g.:
o somaclonal variation — immature embryo cultures;
o responses to abiotic stresses — mature embryo cultures;
• Genotype selection for tolerance to various biotic and abiotic stresses (including nutrient deficiencies) conducted using mature and/or immature embryo cultures;
• Gene identification in any way associated with mature and/or immature embryo cultures.
