I need a web-based survey that keeps AI enthusiasts engaged for roughly half an hour and captures their detailed opinions on user experience with AI products. The questionnaire should flow logically, use skip logic where it helps, and feel conversational rather than academic. Once the script is approved, the form must be implemented on my website—embedding it through Typeform, Google Forms, or a similar tool is fine as long as the final link sits cleanly under my own domain.
Key deliverables:
• A complete question set (including intro, consent text, and closing thank-you message) timed to about 30 minutes.
• The live, embedded survey tested end-to-end on desktop and mobile.
• Exports enabled for CSV/Google Sheet so I can analyse responses later.
Acceptance criteria: every question loads correctly, submission confirmation displays, and a test run produces clean data in the export.
