MBA Thesis: Transformational Leadership
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m preparing my master’s thesis for an MBA in Organizational Leadership and I want to centre the study on leadership styles—specifically Transformational Leadership. The goal is to investigate how transformational behaviours shape organisational outcomes and follower engagement, then translate those findings into actionable recommendations for senior management practice.
My planned research strategy is a mixed-methods design: quantitative surveys to capture measurable impacts (e.g., performance metrics, engagement scores) complemented by qualitative interviews that surface richer, contextual insights from employees. I need a collaborator who can help shape each stage—from refining the core research questions through to the final discussion chapter—while ensuring scholarly rigour and full APA compliance.
Key deliverables
• Detailed research proposal with clear, testable hypotheses
• Comprehensive literature review mapping the current Transformational Leadership discourse
• Mixed-methods methodology section, including survey instrument and semi-structured interview guide
• Data analysis (statistical tests plus thematic coding) with visualizations and tables ready for insertion
• Findings, discussion, conclusions, and recommendations chapters
• Abstract, acknowledgements, references, and appendices formatted for university submission
Quality benchmarks: alignment with current peer-reviewed literature, transparent methodology, correctly reported statistical results, and polished academic writing ready for committee review. If you have a solid track record supervising or ghost-writing postgraduate work in leadership studies and can navigate both quantitative and qualitative analysis comfortably, I look forward to working together.
