Literature Review on Change Management

I’m putting together a full academic literature review that maps the current state of knowledge on organisational change management. The goal is to survey, analyse and synthesise the major peer-reviewed work in the field, draw out prevailing themes and debates, and pinpoint where research gaps still exist.
I will provide a brief outline of my initial research questions and any key authors I already have in mind; everything else—database searches, article selection, critical comparison and structured write-up—will be handled by you. Please rely on recognised scholarly sources, reference meticulously (APA 7), and present the manuscript in clear academic prose suitable for journal or postgraduate submission.
