Critical Social Movement Analysis

I’m putting together an academic paper that examines a social movement through a critical lens, zeroing in on its key events and milestones. The structure is already mapped out:
• Introduction – a concise overview of the movement’s origins, context and guiding research questions.
• Literature Review – six peer-reviewed journal articles and books, supplemented with relevant popular media pieces.
• Theoretical Framework – one, possibly two, well-chosen theories that illuminate the movement’s trajectory.
• Discussion – a balanced evaluation of long-term impacts, internal and external challenges, and the major criticisms the movement has faced.
All evidence must come from the academic journals and books I’ve flagged, properly cited, and woven into a clear, engaging narrative. The tone remains critical throughout: I want strengths acknowledged, but weaknesses, contradictions and limitations probed just as thoroughly.
Deliverables
1. Detailed outline matching the sections above.
2. Full draft with in-text citations and reference list (APA or Chicago is fine; simply be consistent).
3. Final, polished version reflecting any feedback.
Acceptance criteria
• Arguments consistently tied back to the selected theoretical framework(s).
• Minimum six scholarly sources plus illustrative popular media references.
• Logical flow from introduction through conclusion, with no section left under-developed.
• Accurate, complete citation formatting.
