Artificial Intelligence computational biology

I'm looking for an experienced computational biologist, preferably a Ph.D. professor with intermediate knowledge of artificial intelligence who can help me with a project I have in mind. I am seeking help for a project related to proteomics, the large-scale study of proteins and their various functions. The project will require advanced knowledge of bioinformatics and computational analysis, which will be used to create a research paper containing results obtained from the investigation.
