Ancient Book Social Structure Analysis
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m working with a single, ancient manuscript and need a concise historical analysis that zeroes in on the social structures it reveals. The assignment is strictly historical—no linguistic or cultural side quests—so your task is to pull out and interpret every clue the text offers about hierarchy, family life, labor roles, gender relations, and other markers of social organization in its time.
You will have full access to a high-resolution scan of the book (PDF) and a brief outline of what is already known about its provenance. I expect thoughtful use of primary-source methodology, comparison with reputable secondary scholarship, and clear citation of every passage you reference. Where the text is ambiguous or fragmentary, flag the uncertainty and suggest plausible interpretations rather than forcing conclusions.
Deliverables
• A 2,000–3,000-word analytical report, structured thematically around key social-structure findings
• Inline citations linked to page or folio numbers, plus a short annotated bibliography of secondary works consulted
• A one-page executive summary that highlights the most significant insights for non-specialist readers
Acceptance criteria: all claims trace back to specific text references; secondary sources are current and peer-reviewed; terminology remains consistent throughout the report.
If this falls within your expertise in ancient history and primary-source analysis, I look forward to your proposal.
