IT Scholarly Publishing Consultation

Job ID: 40149472

Budget: $10 – $15 USD

I’d like to schedule a focused consultation on how to position my next Information Technology manuscript for the strongest possible journal outcome. My immediate priorities are refining journal selection strategies and interpreting impact factor and quartile (Q1–Q4) data, with particular attention to titles indexed in both Web of Science and Scopus.

During our session, we will also cover acceptance rates, peer-review timelines, and the common pitfalls that often derail submissions—especially within the MDPI portfolio. I am specifically seeking practical, experience-based guidance drawn from your own publication record, rather than generic advice.

Deliverables
• A 45–60 minute live call (Zoom, Meet, or similar) where we address my questions in real time.
• A concise follow-up summary (bullet points or short memo) outlining the recommended journals, the rationale behind their impact metrics, and agreed-upon action items.

Based on the outcome of this consultation, there is a strong possibility of establishing an ongoing collaboration to further develop my research and prepare future manuscripts for submission to these target journals.

If your background includes multiple WoS- or Scopus-indexed IT publications—ideally within MDPI venues—I am ready to schedule our call immediately.
