Multi-Country Patents & Scopus Publications
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for a single partner who can handle two parallel streams of work for me.
1) Patents
I need full-cycle support to file and secure grants for inventions in the United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa and, if feasible, additional jurisdictions. This includes drafting or refining the specification, compiling every required form, preparing drawings, translating when necessary, submitting through each national portal and following through with examiner correspondence until the patent is granted. Both the documentation and the actual submission must be covered; I do not want to shuttle paperwork between multiple providers. Cost efficiency will be a decisive factor, so please outline any official fees separately from your professional fees and suggest ways to keep expenses down (e.g., consolidated filings, streamlined claim sets).
2) Scopus Q1/Q2 Publications
Concurrently, I have manuscripts in science & technology, engineering, commerce and management that I need placed in reputable Scopus-indexed Q1 or Q2 journals. I expect assistance with journal targeting, formatting, similarity checks, submission, response to reviewers and final proof corrections until the paper is formally published online with an assigned DOI. Again, please be transparent about any article processing charges and timelines you typically achieve.
Key Deliverables
• Granted patents (UK, AU, ZA—plus any extra countries agreed in advance) with all official letters and certificates.
• Acceptance letters and final online publications for each manuscript in Q1 or Q2 Scopus journals.
Acceptance Criteria
• Patents: Filing receipts within one week of our go-ahead; notice of grant issued by the respective office.
• Publications: DOI-linked articles visible in the Scopus database.
If you have a proven track record in both patent prosecution and academic publishing, outline recent successes and the specific tools or platforms you rely on (e.g., EPO Online Filing, IP Australia eServices, ScholarOne, Editorial Manager). I am ready to start as soon as we align on a practical, budget-minded plan.
