Academic Journal Preparation and Publication

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to assist with the preparation, typesetting, copy editing, pre-publication, and publication of our biannual online academic journal. The journal is hosted on the OJS CMS platform.

Desired Format:
- Articles will be provided and need to be formatted in MS Word following a standard template (template will be provided).
- Articles must then be converted into PDF format and uploaded to the OJS CMS platform.
- Titles, abstracts, keywords, and author bios must also be added to the CMS.

Reviewing and Editing:
- Minor edits or proofreading may be required during formatting.
- Native English language speaker preferred.

Number of Articles:
- Each issue of the journal will include less than 10 articles.

Timeline:
- Each issue should ideally be completed within 2 weeks.

Budget:
- $500 AUD per issue.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in using the OJS CMS platform.
- Experience in typesetting and formatting academic journals.
- Strong copy editing skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to make minor edits to academic content.
- Familiarity with the publication process for online journals.
