• Draft clear, practical SOPs and checklists rooted in current nursing best practice and local regulations.
• Create patient-facing education materials that emphasise disease prevention, self-monitoring and early warning signs.
• Recommend staffing models, visit schedules and KPI dashboards so we can measure impact over time.
• Package everything in editable formats (Word, PowerPoint or Google Workspace) so the clinical team can adapt them as policies evolve.
Acceptance criteria
– All clinical content must cite up-to-date guidelines (WHO, CDC or peer-reviewed sources).
– Language in patient materials reads at a 6th-grade level and is culturally appropriate.
– SOPs are ready for internal audit and can be implemented without further rewriting.
– Files are delivered on or before the agreed date and pass plagiarism checks.
