Research and Recommend Scholarship Opportunities for a College/University Student and Advise of Scholarship Applications

My son is entering Grade 12 in high school, and would like to evaluate scholarships that might be available him for his college/university education.

We are requesting freelance help in two steps:

1) Identifying appropriate scholarship opportunities that recognize my son's unique skills/abilities/talents; and

2) Advising him as he applies for individual scholarships, including the materials required for the scholarship applications, and all relevant deadlines.

Please provide me with a budget for each step in the scholarship process.
