I run an online MBA programme and want each incoming student to feel confident that this is the right step for their career. I’m therefore looking for a counsellor who can speak with prospects and new enrollees, focusing purely on career guidance—everything from mapping their long-term goals to selecting the most suitable online UG or PG pathway that leads naturally into our MBA.
Most conversations will happen by regular voice calls or WhatsApp, so you should be comfortable using both platforms fluidly and be able to accommodate students in different time zones when needed. Clear, actionable advice is more important to me than formal reports: after each interaction I just need a concise note outlining the student’s goals, key questions, and the guidance you provided, so we can track their progress and follow up appropriately.
