Recruiting Restaurant participants for my restaurant portal

I am looking for people who can recruit restaurant participants for my portal and receive a monthly commission for doing so.
My portal offers the following to restaurants:
Free, simple website for the restaurant.
Online ordering system for the restaurant.
Ability to accept table reservations.
Ability to accept food pickups.
Ability to accept food deliveries.
Cash or credit card payment (online with Stripe).
We do not take a commission per order.
Instead, we offer a fixed monthly price for the online ordering system.
The setup of the website also has a fixed price. You can also handle the setup yourself and charge the customer for it.
Our website is available in multiple languages: English, French, and German.
For the online ordering system, we offer a monthly subscription or an annual subscription.
You will receive a commission as long as the restaurant is subscribed to the service.
For an annual subscription, you receive the commission for one year after subscription.
For a monthly subscription, you receive the commission every month after subscription.
I am looking for people who have a friendly demeanor with customers and are willing to approach restaurants.
