Precision PDF-to-Word Editing

I have a series of text-based PDFs that must be rebuilt in Microsoft Word so they mirror the original layout down to margins, headings, fonts, page breaks, and any embedded footnotes. Once the conversion is complete, I need extensive editing—grammar fixes, wording improvements, consistency checks, and a clean, professional tone throughout.

You are free to lean on Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or any other OCR tool, but the final .docx files must open flawlessly in the latest desktop version of Word without broken styles or mismatched spacing.

Deliverables
1. Fully editable Word version of each PDF, layout intact.
2. Edited content reflecting clear, error-free English and consistent formatting standards.
3. A brief change log noting major edits or re-writes for my quick review.
