I will be counting on you to reproduce every element, from pagination and headers to embedded tables and the complete form design.
Here is how the workflow looks:
• You receive a batch each morning (GMT +9.00 to 5:30).
• You run ABBYY FineReader, proof every line, rebuild equations and formulas, and lay out the document in Word so it mirrors the source.
• The finished .docx is submitted before end of day.
• We meet for a short daily huddle on Zoom or Google Meet to review issues and distribute the next batch.
Quality is measured by visual parity with the PDF, search-able text, and zero OCR artifacts. Experience with Word’s equation editor, form field creation, and styles will be essential.
