Digitize Printed Book to Word

I have a printed book that I need converted into an editable Word document. The priority is clean, accurate plain-text—no elaborate styling or page layouts—so the file is easy for me to re-format later.

The book does contain images. Please add a parentheses mentioning the figure number for each picture. All text should be captured via OCR or manual typing with careful proofreading; I want spelling, punctuation, and line breaks to match the original pages.

Deliverable:
• A single .docx with the full plain-text content.
