Convert Screenshots to Editable Word

I have several screenshots that need to become an accurate, fully editable Word document. All visible text must be captured, proof-read, and laid out so the resulting .docx reflects the original look as closely as practical—headings, paragraphs, basic tables, and any bullet points should be preserved.

Automated OCR (Adobe, ABBYY, Tesseract, or similar) is fine as a first pass, yet I expect a careful manual review to eliminate recognition errors, odd breaks, and formatting glitches. Final delivery is a clean, spell-checked Word file ready for immediate use. If you spot unclear characters or portions that require clarification, flag them for me rather than guessing.

Turnaround is flexible but faster is better; just let me know your realistic timeframe when you start.
