Convert 150 PDF Contracts to Word

I have 150 contract PDFs that must be transferred into our existing Microsoft Word templates. I only need the general layout, spacing, tables, headers, and signature blocks to match what you see in each PDF—the exact fonts are not critical because the template already handles styling.

Most of the contracts share the same core layout but there are moderate variations. Accuracy in placement and faithful reproduction of every clause is essential so that, when someone compares the Word file side-by-side with its PDF, the structure is immediately recognizable and the copy (words) is exactly the same.

You will receive:
• One locked Word template that governs margins, styles, and footer information.
• A folder of 150 PDFs, each named with its contract ID.

I expect:
• 150 separate Word documents, each saved with the exact PDF file name.
• Page breaks, tables, and numbered clauses aligned to the template.
• All text proof-read while copying—no omissions, no typos.

I routinely work in Office 365, so compatibility there is important. If you rely on Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or similar OCR tools before manual cleanup, that’s fine—what matters is the final Word files match the PDFs’ structure exactly. Looking at the PDF should be no different to looking at the word document.
