Bulk JPEG Image-to-Text Conversion

I have a backlog of more than fifty scanned JPEG pages that I need turned into clean, editable text. Each page contains paragraphs, numbers, and a few simple tables, so I’m looking for someone who can combine accurate OCR (Tesseract, ABBYY FineReader, or any tool you trust) with careful human proofreading.

The goal is simple: replicate the exact wording, punctuation, and basic layout while eliminating OCR errors. I would like the results delivered as Word files—one document per image—along with a single master file that merges the entire batch for easy search and archive. Confidentiality and an accuracy rate of at least 99 % are essential.
