Urgent Plastic Structure FEA

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Two plastic structures require a rapid finite-element stress analysis and I have only a four-hour window to review the results. I will forward the geometry immediately after award along with the load cases and boundary conditions; the parts are clean and ready for meshing.

The focus is purely on stress analysis—no thermal or vibration work is needed. Any mainstream solver is acceptable (ANSYS, Abaqus, SolidWorks Simulation, etc.) as long as the results can be opened or documented clearly on my end.

Deliverables needed before the four-hour deadline:
• Solver file and post-processing folder so I can rerun or verify the study.
• A short PDF summary highlighting peak von Mises stress, factor of safety, and a quick note on mesh quality.
• At least three annotated screenshots that pinpoint critical regions.

I will stay online to answer questions in real time so the job can move without delays.
