Static Stress Verification via FEA
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I will share the complete native SolidWorks assembly along with a loading diagram and a sample calculation template. The task is to run a rigorous static stress analysis—no redesign—so I can prove that the existing geometry for the structural frame, gear mechanism, and support brackets meets strength requirements.
Abaqus is my preferred solver for this job, but if you wish to validate intermediate steps in SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS, or a comparable package before exporting to Abaqus, that is perfectly acceptable as long as the final report is generated from Abaqus results.
The report must follow the factor-of-safety format I provide, reference relevant ISO standards, and show every equation clearly so that another engineer can reproduce the work without digging into the CAE model.
Deliverables
• PDF report that mirrors my template, including factor-of-safety calculations, fully written-out equations, and ISO standard citations.
• Annotated stress and displacement plots highlighting critical locations on the frame, gears, and brackets.
• The complete Abaqus CAE file (and any scripts or sub-models) so I can rerun the study if design loads change.
I’ll supply all SolidWorks parts, assemblies, and the loading diagram immediately after kickoff, and I’m happy to answer geometry or boundary-condition questions along the way.
