Pakistani Design & Simulation Engineers

I have a steady flow of mechanical components that must move quickly from concept to validated results, and I need talent based in Pakistan who can shoulder the full design-to-simulation cycle. Every assignment starts with my rough sketches or functional requirements; from there, you will build clean, fully-parametric 3D models in SolidWorks, prepare assemblies, and carry out high-fidelity finite-element analyses.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS is essential because these two platforms anchor my workflow. If you are also comfortable in Abaqus or COMSOL, you will have plenty of opportunity to apply them for non-linear or multiphysics cases. Typical tasks include choosing materials, refining geometries for manufacturability, meshing for convergence, setting realistic boundary conditions, and delivering clear, decision-ready reports.
To make sure we stay aligned, each milestone will be accepted once I receive:
• The native SolidWorks part/assembly files, all sketches fully constrained and features named logically.
• A simulation package (ANSYS Workbench, Abaqus, or COMSOL) with solved results, mesh-independence evidence, and the project archive so I can rerun it.
• A concise PDF report summarising assumptions, loads, safety factors, and key plots.
If you thrive on turning ideas into manufacturable, proven designs—and enjoy close, iterative collaboration—send over a brief note outlining your experience along with two or three recent projects that highlight both your modelling and FEA skills.
