FEA Vibrational Analysis for Metal/Plastic
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I have a mechanical assembly that combines metal and plastic components and I need a complete finite-element study that shows how it behaves under vibration and shock. The scope covers both materials in one model, so please be comfortable setting up multi-material contacts and realistic boundary conditions.
The key tasks are:
• Modal analysis to identify natural frequencies and mode shapes
• A follow-on shock / vibration assessment that proves the design can survive expected loads (random or sine sweep—use the approach you consider most appropriate)
I do not have a strict preference on software; ANSYS, Abaqus, SolidWorks Simulation or any other professional FEA tool is fine as long as you can supply the native files and a clear report.
Deliverables I am expecting
• Editable simulation files with all loads, constraints, and material definitions
• A concise PDF report summarising assumptions, mesh quality, results, and brief design recommendations
• Screenshots or animations that illustrate the critical modes and peak stress locations
Please include a short note on your planned workflow and how you will validate the model before running the final analyses.
