Carbon Fiber Fatigue & Stress FEA

I need a complete finite-element assessment for a 5-layer carbon-fiber component that works under torque. The job covers three fronts in one run: fatigue life, stress distribution and overall displacement.

Fatigue is my main concern. I want lifetime estimation, the effect of cyclic loads and how the part deforms over time so I can predict where and when failure will start. A clear comparison of critical zones before and after a full load history is essential.

The stack-up (ply orientations, thicknesses and material cards) plus service load cases will be supplied after we sign an NDA. You will model the laminate, apply the loads, run the analysis, then hand back:

• Mesh and solver files (ANSYS, Abaqus or similar)
• Contour plots for stress, displacement and fatigue-life factors
• A short report that pinpoints the first-failure location and expected life in cycles, with any design-change suggestions

Please base fatigue calculations on an appropriate composite criterion (S-N, Goodman, etc.) and include displacement checks against my deflection limit once shared. Results must be reproducible on my end.
