I need an expert who can turn my current service-based email list into a reliable, repeatable sales engine. The goal is simple: more revenue from every send.

Here’s what I expect:
• A full review of my existing flows and broadcast emails, followed by a clear automation roadmap that shows where each sequence fits in the buyer journey.
• Fresh, conversion-focused copy and designs for key emails—welcome, nurture, cross-sell, and re-engagement—built directly in my platform (I’m flexible if you prefer Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
• A/B testing plans for subject lines, offers, and send times so we can learn quickly and scale what works.
• Reporting dashboards that surface sales, open rates, click-throughs, and revenue per subscriber, updated automatically.

Acceptance criteria
1. Automations live and firing without errors.
2. First month’s report shows benchmarks and at least one winning test variant ready to roll out.
3. All copy and creative delivered in editable format.
