Outbound Marketing & Revenue Lead (Marketing, data operations, revenue analytics)
I run outbound campaigns at massive scale — millions of records per month across SMS, RVM, email, and landing pages. You own conversion and revenue across the entire funnel.
(I have all the outbound infrastructure already built)
What you manage:
Revenue analytics — CPA, ROI by channel, source, and cohort. You build the dashboards. You know exactly where money is made and lost. Data operations — working with S3 buckets, APIs, and moving millions of records between systems. Copy across all outbound channels — RVM scripts, SMS, email, landing pages, AI outbound. A/B testing everything — two SMS versions, two landing pages, two subject lines — to figure out what wins. Call routing through Ringba or Retreaver to send calls to the highest-paying buyers. IVR setup on Telnyx with DIDs to route inbound calls when consumers respond from SMS or RVM.
What you don't own:
Sending infrastructure (I built this already), payments, backend operations, buyer relationships, or offer negotiations. You do marketing, conversion, data, and routing .
Concrete example:
5 million debt settlement records drop into an S3 bucket every month. Infrastructure is already running. Your job is to make the data convert. Write SMS copy that gets responses. RVM scripts that drive callbacks. Email subject lines that get clicks. Landing pages that convert. A/B test everything. Set up the Telnyx IVR so callbacks hit the right qualification flow. Route qualified calls through Ringba to the highest-paying buyers. Track the funnel from cost per send through cost per response, cost per qualified call, and revenue per buyer. Find the leverage. Report what's working, what's not, and what you're testing next. Make the unit economics work on one vertical, the role grows.
Your background:
Hopefully you have some familiarity with bulk SMS, email marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or affiliate marketing — running at scale. You know what makes people click and convert. You're analytical and you are a fast learner who uses AI as a tool to ramp up on anything you don't already know. Self-starter.s Native or fully fluent English (non-negotiable since you're writing copy that has to convert). Available EST hours. 3+ years of marketing experience at volume.
